The Villa des Arts is our latest acquisition in the triangle of Villeroy and obviously it is our favorite because it has benefited from our expertise in decoration and interior decoration after now more than 10 years of experience of seasonal rental in Sète.

it offers a nice swimming pool very nice in two ways, in winter it enhances your view and in good weather it helps to make even more exclusive your stay.

Located a stone's throw from the beaches like our other villas, it benefits from a beautiful exposure with a sea view and pond from the floor.

The garden with Mediterranean trees is at an angle, and the swimming pool is surrounded by wide beaches, allowing you to enjoy optimal solar exposure throughout the day.

The villa is fully air-conditioned. We wanted to highlight the spaces by the harmony of resolutely modern colors, stucco effect on certain walls but also materials, aluminum for the bar, leather for armchairs, wooden headboard, design lights that one Found in large hotels, starck chairs, paintings on the wall.

On the ground floor, a large kitchen-living room of 50 m2 opens onto the covered terrace and allows you to come and go according to your desires.

The accommodation capacity is 6 people with upstairs 3 spacious bedrooms of 14 m2 each, including a master suite with en-suite bathroom.
There is also a second bathroom with walk-in shower.

An additional bed (futon sofa) for 2 people is present in the living room if you want to come to 8.

The exterior lighting makes it possible to enjoy the freshness of the evenings in a romantic and modern spirit.

The garage accommodates a vehicle and two cars in the parking, do not hesitate to come with family or friends even for a few days.
